Strong Production and Sales, Accelerated Global Expansion | Baolai Group's Annual Steel Pipe Exports Exceed 200,000 Tons in 2025
The compilation of full‑year operating data for 2025 has been completed, with the Group's total exports of various steel pipe products exceeding 200,000 tons for the year, bringing overseas delivery volumes to a new level. Stable production capacity, comprehensive international standards compliance, and localised project adaptation services have become the core pillars supporting the steady growth of export business.
As the core division coordinating the Group's overseas operations, the Export Department relies on the plant's complete production supporting capabilities to provide integrated pipe supply solutions to global engineering traders and infrastructure project general contractors. The Group currently operates 8 welded pipe production lines, 5 standardised hot‑dip galvanising lines, and an independent epoxy powder spraying workshop, ensuring stable production scheduling throughout the year to guarantee order fulfilment. It can supply in bulk a full range of products including welded pipes, square and rectangular tubes, seamless steel pipes, and UL/FM‑certified American‑standard fire protection pipes, catering to building, fire protection, and municipal infrastructure needs across different regions.
In terms of overseas market presence, the export business covers multiple regions including North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America. To address the varying industry specifications in each region, the Export Department has established a pre‑order technical review process, clarifying the target market's applicable standards, coating solutions, connection methods, and inspection requirements at the order intake stage.
Quality control is the foundation for sustained growth in overseas orders. All export pipes are subject to full‑process quality inspection protocols: raw materials are checked against heat numbers and material certificates upon intake; after forming, wall thickness and outer diameter dimensions are uniformly inspected; during hot‑dip galvanising, zinc coating thickness is strictly controlled; and all fire pipes undergo hydrostatic pressure testing before dispatch. For products with epoxy powder coating, adhesion and salt‑spray durability tests are carried out simultaneously. Complete inspection records and material certificates are retained for each batch, meeting the traceability and review requirements of overseas owners and third‑party agencies.
In response to complex working conditions such as coastal high‑salt‑fog and high‑temperature‑humidity environments, the Export Department, in conjunction with the production workshop, has launched composite anti‑corrosion pipes combining hot‑dip galvanising and epoxy powder coating. The long‑lasting anti‑corrosion properties are well‑suited to island and coastal infrastructure projects, and this product series has seen notably rapid growth in overseas orders in recent years. At the same time, the team continues to optimise export supporting services, covering the entire chain from sample delivery, coating customisation, complete documentation processing, to FOB Tianjin port container loading, shortening customer engagement processes and improving order delivery efficiency.
The head of the Export Department stated that surpassing the 200,000‑ton export mark is a tangible reflection of long‑term recognition from overseas clients. Over the past year, the team has consistently deepened its presence in various regional markets, proactively tracking tender requirements for overseas infrastructure projects, and cooperating with customers in factory audits, sample submission, and on‑site technical communications. Many trading partners have transitioned from spot purchases to annual long‑term framework cooperation.
Looking ahead to future market development, the Group's export division will continue to leverage its in‑house production line advantages, steadily enrich the range of pipe products that meet various national standards, deepen channel development in key regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, and optimise customised anti‑corrosion and processing services. With reliable domestically produced steel pipes, it will further expand into global markets and continuously enhance the international competitiveness of local pipe manufacturing enterprises.
