The project's construction line is long and the construction sites are dispersed, with significant differences in working conditions across different terrain sections. Multiple scenarios coexist, including outdoor open fields, indoor station rooms, and underground trenches, which place high demands on product batch stability and on-site adaptability. Based on the practical conditions of energy infrastructure projects, Baolai Steel provides pipe material solutions for this key energy project, supporting the construction of pipeline networks across all stations. To address the two typical environments of mountain wind and sand and coastal salt spray, the material selection and surface protection processes are strictly controlled during production to minimize performance fluctuations between batches. Leveraging its in-house laboratory, the company conducts multidimensional safety performance testing, adapting to the practical characteristics of long-term unattended field operations and reducing future inspection and maintenance pressures.
