Tianjin Binhai International Airport is a core hub of the world-class Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei airport cluster and a key national-level transportation gateway project. Its T2 terminal building covers an area of 336,000 square meters, with a designed annual passenger throughput of 22.5 million. Due to the project's large scale and high system complexity, stringent requirements have been set for the compliance of pipeline materials, pressure stability, and long-term service capability. Bolai Steel, leveraging over thirty years of expertise in pipe manufacturing, a comprehensive quality control system, and the capacity to support major projects, became the pipe supplier for this project, providing pipe products for the terminal and associated functional areas, covering the overall airport construction project.  

The supplied pipes strictly comply with the GB/T 3091-2015 standard for welded steel pipes used for low-pressure fluid conveyance and fully meet the requirements of GB 50974 for fire-fighting water supply. The products are formed using a fully automated high-frequency welding line, ensuring uniform weld structure and deburring inside and out. They undergo 100% non-destructive testing along the entire pipe and individual hydrostatic testing for dual verification, ensuring pressure performance and structural strength are fully compatible with the airport’s large-space centralized water supply conditions. The hot-dip galvanized layer is prepared using standardized hot-dip galvanizing processes, with uniform and firm zinc adhesion, effectively resisting corrosion in the humid environments of pipe galleries and machine rooms, significantly reducing the frequency of future maintenance.
